当前世界依然面临严峻的气候和环境挑战，新冠肺炎疫情对世界经济造成了巨大冲击。在努力实现经济复苏的同时，如何达成气候和环境目标，成为全球面临的严峻挑战。2020年9月，中国首次提出了“2060碳中和”目标，与2030年前碳排放达峰共同组成“30·60目标”，欧盟绿色新政已提出2050年实现碳中和，这不仅体现了中欧应对气候变化的责任感，也彰显出推动经济绿色复苏的远见。
绿色供应链管理作为实现碳达峰/碳中和的重要路径，也是推动疫情后绿色复苏以及实现“碳中和”目标的重要环节。如何以有效的碳减排途径与措施，如何进一步调动广大企业参与绿色供应链管理，贡献碳管理的创新与实践，本届论坛将聚焦于此，邀请来自政府、研究机构、国际组织和跨国公司的代表及可持续发展专家展开研讨。
The world still faces serious climate and environmental challenges. Meanwhile, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on the world economy. While striving for economic recovery, how to achieve climate and environmental goals has become a severe challenge for both China and even the world. In September 2020, China made a new commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060, which, together with China’s aim to have CO2 emissions peak before 2030, marked China's efforts towards the green and low-carbon era. The European Green Deal proposed to make the EU carbon neutral by 2050. It not only reflects the sense of responsibility of China and Europe in addressing climate change but also highlights their vision to promote a green economic recovery.
Green supply chain management, an important approach to carbon neutrality and carbon peak, is a key step to facilitate green recovery after the pandemic and achieve the goal of "carbon neutrality". How to leverage the effective carbon emission reduction measures to enhance the cooperation between the upstream and downstream enterprises along the supply chains, how to contribute to the innovation and practice of carbon management, the forum will focus on these topics and invite guests from governments, associations, international organizations, well-known companies to share their perspectives.
“中欧企业社会责任圆桌论坛”作为中欧双方在企业社会责任领域专业、务实的交流平台和沟通渠道，长期关注负责任的供应链建设，议题涵盖供应链上的多个议题，如员工关爱、和谐劳动关系、良好沟通机制、供应商与采购商的伙伴关系等。论坛至今已成功举办了23届，取得了良好的效果，得到政府有关部门、企业社会责任专业机构、与会中欧企业代表的积极评价和大力支持。
As a professional and practical communication platform and channel for corporate social responsibility (CSR), the Sino-European CSR Round Table Forum has been successfully held 23 times in the past years. It has been well received by stakeholders and conducted with great support from participants, including relevant Chinese government departments, CSR organizations as well as Chinese and European enterprises.
截止到2021年5月，中欧企业社会责任圆桌论坛至今已成功举办了23届研讨活动， 160余位嘉宾分享观点，1400余位各界代表参会，探讨了供应链建设及可持续发展/社会责任相关议题。随着论坛与不同利益相关方之间不断深入的研讨和分享，中欧企业社会责任圆桌论坛的主题越来越实用化、多样化，积累了丰富的供应链管理专家资源、案例材料及建设性意见，为多家参会企业的供应链管理提供了实质性提升方案，促进了中欧企业的交流与合作，为全球可持续贸易与经济发展做出了应有的贡献；论坛也从政策解读和行业趋势的角度，为与会者提供适用的工具和方法论支持
As of May 2021, the Forum has been successfully held for 23 times, with more than 1,400 representatives and more than 160 speakers participating in and sharing their experience in social responsibility and responsible supply chain. After continuous discussion and sharing with different stakeholders, our topics are more and more practical and diverse, and we have accumulated abundant supply chain management expert resources, case materials and constructive suggestions, and provided substantial improvement plans for the supply chain management of many participating companies. The forum also facilitates to the exchange and cooperation between Chinese and European enterprises, thus contributing to the development of global trade, and economy, instrumental, methodological support will be gradually provided for forum participants from policy interpretation and industrial tracking.
